@egomaniac I also am using the Ukelogic strings andxx CD agree the sound of them is above anything else I’ve tried. I’ve also used Aldrins strings in between changed and although they are more mellow they definitely super durable more comfortable to play and definitely last longer.
Through an amp I prefer Aldrins strings. Without an amp Uke Logic are in a league of their own.
@tbb there is an option to turn off the blood I think 🙂 The zombies are full on murderers don’t play alone in the dark. Some of it’s a little disturbing tbh.
For me some of the games today are so immersive (maybe it’s just me) that when I turn off the console it takes a moment to acclimatise to ‘reality’. It didn’t help that I finished playing The Last of Us when the Corona virus started… Being stuck in quarantine, with testing centers everywhere and people walking around in hazmat suits.. I was like ok.. where are the Zombies.
@tbb that’s so funny… ‘I can’t sing so then I just felt sad’… That is literally me every time I get my guitar our…. I think to myself…
Maybe I can sing in tune if I change the key.
Apparently only a small amount of people are tone death (am I that unlucky).Then I put my guitar back in it’s case for another year… and feel sad hahaha

One of my top 3 jazz standards that I would love to play and you absolutely nailed it! For two months progress that’s insane, very impressive.
Maybe try Autumn Leaves next or Girl Ipanema they sound awesome on the Uke. 🙂
@tbb I would watch the play through on YouTube rather than play the game. If you are squeamish be aware it’s very graphic.
Ely sings in TLOU so she strummed the chords. The melody isn’t in the TLOU version. I think to do the song justice it needs a vocal.

@tbb I don’t want to overhype it as I think it’s a story/characters that you fall in love with as the plot develops. If you read the comments sections (maybe don’t as there are probably spoilers) you’ll see there are just so many people debating ethics/love/life a game club would be in its element 🍿🍿🍿 Definitely lots of zombies 🧟♀️🧟♂️🧟

@tbb The Last of Us for me is just one of those stories where you fall in love with the characters. The games set in a post-apocalyptic world and it’s just a beautiful story about life with many lessons on the way.
