emilianoParticipantHere is my entry for the month, sadly I was not able to practice as much as I wanted cause I hurt my elbow at the start of the year and only got the uke back like 1 week and a half ago.
On the other side what a fun technique I never get into strumming till now, I mostly used fingerpicking, was really challenging and still need to control more my hands when strumming I get too tense, also my strumming finger is not used to hit the strings so its a little red from all the strumming fun, but I hope to get it in shape so I can strum for hours.

emilianoParticipantOh thank you very much @Andrew , I see that make it more clear, I was like completing lifting my fingers from the chord pose to mute the strings so could not achieve the speed needed in section B, also did not know there was a technique call chunk, will aim to check the course you mention on the next weeks, looks like a fun one to learn.

emilianoParticipantHi having fun with Santa Fe atm, already learnt the Part A but on the part B (compass 17) I am not super familiar with slap technique, so I have the next question:
When you do the slap technique where do you hit?
In the ukulele body or you mute the strings with the left hand and then hit the strings to make the percusive sound?
Ty in advance for your time!

emilianoParticipant@Andrew thank you for the comment, I was wondering a little thing about harmonics, on the last bar of toss a coin to your witcher you do an harmonic on the 7th fret in 3 strings, if I try to do it with my most comfortable finger that is the index one the sound is not reliable at all I will say like 80% of the time it sounds really low and dim, same goes with the middle finger, the only finger that can make those harmonics sound “okay” is my ring finger but that feels super weird.
¿Any ideas how to work harmonics with my other 2 fingers?
Also I notice on my friend ukelele harmonics are way easier to make, like I can make it with any finger hahaha, so maybe is cause my uke is not that nice for making harmonics…

emilianoParticipantHi this my entry for this month, I really enjoy songs that make you feel like you wanna dance haha, fun challenge.
In the part B I could not make my hands do the suggested position on the video lesson I think I lack strength on it so I had to figure one alternative that worked for my hand.
