Greetings! Spring is in the air and happy for it…
Decided to tackle the 4/4 Waltz. Wanted to learn it before so the challenge was a perfect opportunity.
This was my best take with a short month for me. Have to travel tomorrow for the remainder of April.

Hope you “ukesters” have settled down… 🤣🤣🤣 reading your comments yesterday.I do agree that @marianne baritone performances are so enjoyable to watch. She is an amazing musician. I’ve never played guitar or baritone. Sure is a beauty that Andrew is providing for challenge. Love the Kanile’a tenor too. Time to pick and practice 🎼🎼🎼

I think is was one of the more difficult and to see how well everyone did within a month! @gi_gi_ I’m sure I got you beat with the number of recordings. Three days I tried 😆. You did amazing. The washer woman entries we impressive. Super hard I think.
I love seeing what ukulele you play and how it sounds. I’m looking to upgrade one of these days so I’m always watching.

I absolutely love this song. Red is the Rose or Loch Lomond others call it. Day one I thought no-way I’d get through it let alone, memorize it… never underestimate your abilities with PRACTICE. 😊
@Andrew I’m still missing some notes in there to smooth it out…Excellent entries. Great singing @Morrieuke1 and @dianna that is such a hard song, nice. Is that the new “dianna UKE”. @Clempek and @misterbones all so good. As are everyone’s entries. So impressed by RC101 talent.
I just want to make a quick mention that my Mom of 101 yrs passed this week and this has made me happy to be able to post something called Red is the Rose. She loved roses. 💖

I’m still working through Red is the Rose… only positive is I can actually play through it and 16 days ago I wouldn’t have bet a dime I’d get that far 😳🤣@brettboy setting the bar high….. 😁👍👏
