rickeymikeMemberBeautiful, Cy. Your timing is spot-on!
rickeymikeMemberIf you are taking vacation by plane and bringing your uke, I would keep it with you in the pressurized cabin. There will be extreme temp change if it’s put in the cargo hold. Don’t risk it.
rickeymikeMemberWell done! Congrats!
rickeymikeMemberDid Paul,George, and John each triple track themselves…meaning we heard 9 voicing?

rickeymikeMemberI need some help with the D7 chord that first appears in the 8th bar of Dream a Little.
It’s difficult for me to have a straight index finger and be able to have a perpendicular middle finger to cleanly hit the 6th fret of the A string. I’m pressing so hard with my thumb under the board to keep my index straight that I’m pinching my thumb’s cuticle to the point of cuticle irritation. Is there another fingering/chord that I could substitute?
rickeymikeMemberWelcome from a fellow Gulf Coaster.
Andrew, I’ve been searching for that “Learning Path” lesson that you linked to but I can’t find it on my own. Is it embedded in another course/lesson?

rickeymikeMemberBecky, I got thru 16 minutes. I’ll watch the rest later……. I just can’t get past those nails. LOL I wonder if anywhere in the video he says that nails that long are NOT necessary?
rickeymikeMemberIf you are not using the Chrome browser, do so. I tried both of those lessons and it works for me. I had the same problem a while back using Explorer. When I switched to Chrome, it worked fine. Andrew also has an instruction video on how to effectively use the tab play along but I can’t readily find it.

rickeymikeMemberHow’d that pesky pull off to the open string get in there? LOL
rickeymikeMemberLSMFT – it’s early television cigarette commercial that I would repeat to my parents. “So round, so firm, so fully packed” LOL It’s no wonder those commercials were finally banned in the 60s.

rickeymikeMemberFYI. When I hit ‘watch later’ from this site it says invalid request. But once you start playing it, you get an option to watch it on YouTube. Choosing to watch it on YouTube allows me to save it on any playlist that I have saved.

rickeymikeMemberAndrew, That advice to Josip was one of the best lessons. Is there a way to put your response/lesson in my favorites?
On that same subject, I just got a 10 watt speaker for my pre amped Gracie and I notice this unwanted sound noise is so much more pronounced with a speaker. And yes, my finger oil/sweat is pulling the string up with an additional unwanted sound.
