rickeymikeMemberYes, I agree with Robin. As I said above, just tried it out by having two rock class sites opened at the same time. One can stay on the page that you are critiquing and the other on your critiques.
On the same subject, didn’t you previously give more immediate feedback? That is, you began critiques in the middle of the month instead of waiting till the month was over. Isn’t immediate feedback the gold standard in teaching? Hope this doesn’t sound harsh.January 1, 2019 at 7:02 pm in reply to: Participate in the January 2019 Member Challenge – You Decide What To Work On! #21997
rickeymikeMemberSweet, Lisa.
rickeymikeMemberAndrew, no. Don’t re paste. That would double the amount of pages. ha.
rickeymikeMemberOk. So I can have two or more RockClass sites opened at the same time? Voila. Just did it.
rickeymikeMemberOne thing that I would like to see in a site upgrade concerns the monthly critiques. Now, especially with so many entries, I’d like to be able to read the critique of a particular performance and be able to see that performance with one click. Maybe in a new pop-up window so that I can close it and still be on the critique page. As it is now, I have to go find that performance then re-find the critique. And I can’t go to a particular page without opening each page one by one til I arrive at the page with the performance being critiqued.
rickeymikeMemberThanks, “guys”. Hope all had a Merry Christmas. I really enjoyed learning this one and especially getting two songs down in one month. Didn’t have enough time to memorize the lyrics completely, so that’s what I’m looking at when you see me look up (but not at the camera, ha). This is the type of song (slow, beautiful melody) that I think I’ve found my niche with. Too bad I can only play it one month out of the year.
rickeymikeMemberBecky, lol. I thought of B,B,and B just for that same reason but……..here’s one that would really fit the bill and it would be pretty unique. Don’t know if it’s uke-plausible..
rickeymikeMemberSo Becky, I suggest you learn the song “Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered”. I have a form of insomnia…I deep sleep in 2 and 3 hour increments but I also take 2 daytime naps per day. Ha. Just a sleeping fool.
rickeymikeMemberWelcome, Sami. Take the Beginner courses that Andrew has. You are going to love it here. And WOW, your written english is superb!

rickeymikeMemberYahoo, Andrew. You’re one smart cookie to tie a challenge to a course. Too much “teacher/educator” in you. Can’t wait!

rickeymikeMemberakshxd, I dub thee Brave Heart. Well done! Heal well.
Robin, amazing. Did you memorize all those lyrics? That was a feat in itself besides singing and playing simultaneously. I don’t know enough to use a capo but would it even work on my soprano?

rickeymikeMemberStiny looks like you solved both problems. Well done……….but why didn’t you climb up that Yucca(?) and put up the shining star?

rickeymikeMemberLisa, that was fantastic. Glad to see someone else singing. All you had to do was put on a habit and I would have sworn that you were my Catholic grammar school singing teacher. Really nice!
