@annemarie – When you upload to YouTube, open your video and copy paste the YouTube link on the top of the window if you’re on PC. If you’re using a smartphone, there’ll be 3 dots similar to a colon (:) [some smartphones simply have a curved arrow shape to share] in the YouTube app – click on that, press share and choose copy to clipboard. Then paste here in the typing box (don’t choose Link, just paste it into the white box where you type)

I’m probably going into too much detail but I’m not really sure what the issue is.

I forgot to point out even though its probably obvious to most people. I’m using a Huge G Uke since I don’t have Low G strings 😂

Finally recorded my attempt at Amazing Grace. Sadly this one’s strums aren’t perfect. The one with a better strum has few harmonics messed up so here it is.

Look forward to hearing from the experts as this is my first ever entry in RC101 challenges

Thanks for the tip earlier @Andrew I finally have the tune down. Just need to work on it abit more or I’ll just upload as it is. Mine sounds abit weird due to High G Uke.

I’m trying to learn the harmonics but the strumming is difficult to get down. Anyone got tips?

That’s a surprise! Amazing challenge ahead for everyone. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t in it for the Banjolele *nervous smile*

I wish there was an active WhatsApp or some other group where all of us RC101 classmates could converse and share ideas/opinions etc.

I haven’t really given any thought on this, but currently my favourite players are @Andrew, Evan and Matt. I hope to be as good as them one day.

Happy New Year fellow classmates.

My resolution is simply to get better at playing the Ukulele. I’ve been working on my playing for 3 months consistently now and have seen good progress.

Though I still lack severely in the chord switches/transitions or whatever the correct term is, haha.

@ukandoit I agree with you 100%, RC101 needs some love out there. They deserve millions of views!

After 2 months of regular practise I’m finally gaining the confidence to record. I’ll definitely be joining my first challenge this month. Love Grace’s Lullaby, its just too good.
