@Andrew Thank you for the positive complimentary words. As hard as it is for me to learn a song, I’m happy with any progress. BTW the most difficult part(or one of) in Stranger Things was the intro – I’m left handed and making my wrist move fast up fret board was hard! lol.
Last – without the ability to loop the playback lesson and adjust the speed, I’d be lost. It’s the best part of learning a new song!

Enjoying all the entries this month.
Again, another struggle getting through Stranger Things. Kept getting “yips” as my husband would call them, when trying to keep a steady picking rhythm. Played with @Andrew track so many times…
I relate to so many of the comments – sore fingers, over 50 video takes, I have run out of time this month. One improvement… I can’t hear my nails hitting 😎 THANKS @Andrew

Thank you @Andrew, Republic Uke , Rock Class 101GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!! @Andrew I am shocked. Just opened my email to see that I won the beautiful Ortega Pineapple Concert Ukulele!!! I’m lost for words but so excited. Over the moon. Thank you thank you.
I can’t say enough how impressed I am with the entries each month. I am a late starter on the Uke (4 yrs) and it is a constant struggle but I found Rock Class right off the bat, became a member and followed the courses so I owe so much to Andrew. I finally built enough confidence to enter my first challenge in April.
Last, I need to thank my husband who knew how much I loved music and surprised me a day in March 2018 with a beautiful Kala Concert. Now I have my second Concert!!! The collection begins. Yeah!!!!@Andrew thank you for the encouraging words. I know I’ve improved with these challenges and you keep them fun. Don’t know the last time I won anything (maybe a lottery scratch off $3) so that would be added bonus. Good luck to everyone!
My first try at an intermediate challenge. In the Summertime is such a great song and I tried to do it justice but so much practice and video takes, this was the best. HOW DO I STOP the clicking sound from my fingers??? Tried to strum softer on other takes and turn/flatten Uke more. Andrew, a previous entry had “chucking” and you made suggestions then – it’s funny, I tend panic when I do it… so funny. ANY W A Y.
Everyone did awesome and it only inspired me to try more.
