Thanks Andrea! This is one of my favourites too. To record I use a Nikon DSLR camera with a COMICA CVM-V30 PRO microphone plugged into it. For better sound I think I’m supposed to record the video and audio separately (with a higher-quality mic) and then merge them together using a computer program, but I’m far too low tech, lazy, and cheap to do all that! Ha.

I loved Uke Blues no. 2 the first time I heard it, so I learned it back when it was released. Thank you for composing such a fun tune, @Andrew! Here is my recording from today.

Thanks @rickeymike and @Andrew! I thought you might point those out. The changes in timing were deliberate — I sing the lyrics in my head and that’s how Kermit sounds to me when he says “songs.. about rainbows” and “choose to.. believe it” (it has a bit more swing than the tabs). No worries, I won’t make a habit of veering off the tabs. 🙂

I second Holly’s comment — great work everyone!

Here is my laid-back take on Careless Whisper. Super fun to learn, super tough to record! Now just imagine how nice it would sound on a new wooden uke 😉
