Really enjoyed the songs this month–I’ve been learning Moon Waltz and Moon River. Here’s an imperfect but at tempo take on Moon River.
Working on smoothing it out more but happy for any tips!

I am still working on If I Only Had a Brain so sharing Avatar this month. Please ignore the percussive elements from my cat towards the end and my mistakes from the distraction 🙂

cncamachoMemberDidn’t realize til you mentioned it @biancak but I do the 234 fingering too. I did find it hard at first but then I realized it rings out fine on my concert uke but not my soprano–so I just recorded on my concert. Guess it was more forgiving!

cncamachoMemberWow love seeing all the Spanish Romance videos — will need to try that.
I am enjoying learning L-O-V-E and still working on memorization and speed. It’s such a pretty song.

cncamachoMemberLove seeing and hearing everyone’s ukes and takes on the different songs.
I have a ways to go on this one smoothing out transitions and working up to speed but here’s my Into the Maze. As always I’m worse on recording than in practice 🙂

Here’s one of hundred of cuts I’ve done of Carol of the Bells. Not perfect but I am pleased I was able to get up to 100% speed. Working on dynamics now and smoothing out some transitions. Thanks for listening.

I chose to learn Toss a coin to your witcher this month — I’ve been wanting to learn it since it came out so this was a good excuse.
Still working on speed and perfecting it:

cncamachoMemberI thought I posted this about 3 different times, so here’s the triple strum etude. Not perfect but been working my way up on speed and accuracy.

cncamachoMemberMay go through and play Wonder as well, but I hear @robinboyd’s Neptune’s Lullaby and enjoyed it so much I wanted to learn it.
Here’s my imperfect take:

cncamachoMemberI know this isn’t part of the challenge but I’m going to play @robinboyd’s Neptune’s Lullaby because I liked it so much. I think it sounds good in high G too! Great work, Robin and thanks for sharing the song sheet.
