Hi All.

I AM A PREMIUM MEMBER.

Thank you, Andrew, for introducing us to Tobias Elof’s music – I really enjoyed listening to his albums this month. I loved practicing the simple melody from Out in the North … in fact I loved it so much I forgot to practice the chord version for the submission. So … as usual … sorry about not doing this song justice but I did enjoy it and will continue to polish it in the months to come.

Here’s Greensleeves. I tried to memorize it but it just didn’t happen this month. It was fun to learn though and I’ll keep working on it.

I also made a donation to the Ukulele Kids Club – it seems like a really worthy organization – thanks for spreading the word about them.

Hi All,

I AM A PREMIUM MEMBER

I really enjoyed this month’s challenge. I did Can’t Help Falling in Love and it was so fun. It’s still rough but I think I was able to achieve some melodic phrases. Andrew, thanks for suggesting I use a strap to steady my uke. I’ve been using one for about a week and I think it’s really helping.

Thanks for sharing this song with us. I really loved learning it and it helped me get some practice on hammer-ons and pull-offs which I still need to perfect but they’re a lot better than a month ago 🙂

Hey Andrew,

Thanks for you feedback last month. It was really useful but I’m still having some trouble holding onto my Uke … but I think I’m getting better.

This month I did The Beatles’ When I’m Sixty Four. This was so much fun to try to learn to play. I made a lot of progress but you’ll see it’s still really rough … timing all over the place and way too slow …
