Robin, the bending is definitely due to the death grip, because I’m struggling so much to get into position. I think this will work better.

Hey Andrew, do you have any tips for me on this hard chord change in Sound of Silence? I’ve been practicing daily for over a week now and my fingers just say no.

Daaaammmmnnn, I finally got around to listening to the disturbed version of sound of silence. Inspiring, much?? If that doesn’t get me doing some dynamics, I don’t know what will. I have a dream.
I’m just remembering this one on my wish list for a December / Christmas theme song. It’d be great on the uke. Sounds like tapped harmonics? I can’t do those, but still!
Johanna, I tried that too and it’s easier to get into but harder to get out of for the next chord for me.

Build those finger muscles too! Maybe work some finger exercises into the routine so you get two for one.
