Hi everyone. Here is my video of Etude in E Minor (A Minor). Posting early since I am traveling for Thanksgiving. I definitely could use the rest of the month but have to make due with this.

Definitely still working on the harmonics and my transitions are not smooth yet. Also for some reason the sound came out really soft. Let me know if you can’t hear it.

Happy October! Here’s my video for Moon River. I’ve been working on using a softer touch and this video shows I still have a way to go on that, especially in the strums. Overall I really enjoyed learning this.

Hi everyone. Here’s my video of the Fingerpicking Etude. I’m still working on it but this is the earliest I’ve felt comfortable recording since I started doing the monthly challenges. I figured it would be good to get some feedback while I am still working on it.

As a beginner, I probably should have worked on Summertime Blues, but I could not resist the urge to work on Wipe Out. I’m really glad I did. My video is very far from perfect but I am proud of what I was able to accomplish. I really really enjoyed working on this and I think there is definitely progress between the video I posted for April and this video.

Hi,

Here is my video for the Avatar: The Last Airbender Medley. I have to say, recording was very challenging. I have wanted to participate in the last few challenges but I’m very bad at recording myself. I finally got up the courage to post one. This is the best take I got though I know there are a lot of flaws. I hope to do better next month. Thanks!

Same! Im struggling with that section too. My fingers seem to be the wrong size for those measures. I can play it but it sounds very thin and muted. I’m hoping with more practice it will sound better. I have similar issues with measures 21-23.
