I was hoping Sevivon Sov Sov Sov would be on the Dec. challenge. My version is a little rough, but since Hanukkah is half over I wanted to get it done. I changed a few notes to make it sound more like the melody I’m familiar with. @lyndallk I love your version. Beyond my ability to speed it up like that, but really fun to listen to.
Thanks, Andrew. I love that it sounds different every time I play it. It really reflects the mood I’m in while playing. I never had a piece where I could “play” my emotions like that before.

I love playing this piece. So many ways to vary the feeling. Even with a lot of practice I still struggle with the E7 chord measure. I think my arthritic hands aren’t up to it.

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything. I spent a lot of this past year helping my daughter with Zoom school for my grandkids. Didn’t leave much time for anything else. Although I miss having them around all the time, it’s nice to be able to play music again and this was a nice tune to start with. Thanks, Matt for the beautiful arrangement.
Hope you don’t mind a second version of Rainbow Connection, but I wondered what it would sound like on the cigar box and really liked it. I think I played it better too because I had already posted so I played more freely, less nervous.

Never was a huge fan of this song until I learned this arrangement. Now I love it. So much fun to play.

I decided to try The Entertainer on my cigar box ukulele. I liked the tinny sound for the song. It was more difficult than I thought it would be. The strings are all metal and hard to play and there isn’t much room for my fingers up the neck. But playing it on my other ukulele sounded too mellow, so here it is, flaws and all.
@sgwarren Thanks. Just moved here a few months ago. The view still amazes me every day. Your playing also amazes me. Great job.
