lisadmhParticipantGreat job everyone! There are some awesome performances.
I’m watching all the St James feedbackand taking it in.
Andrew, on your relaxed groove one above, you make it look so darned easy!! Get ready to tell me to chill too once I’m up to posting… I’m as tight as they get.
lisadmhParticipantBeautiful uke!! You’ve got this. Congrats on your progress!

lisadmhParticipantLots of love from your uke family, Anne
lisadmhParticipantRick,I’m really intrigued by the tiny tenor. Is the scale full tenor? I have a super soprano-concert scale but soprano body. Is it like that with a tenor scale?
How does it sounds?

lisadmhParticipantLol Rickey. Kudos for playing for others. Starry starry night would be great to learn – and you’ve got it already!
P.s. You’re ahead of me if you have a tune. Mine mostly sounds like a mixture of notes and dead strings at this point. Sigh!

lisadmhParticipantWhat’sthe difference in build between your K1 Premium Soprano and your Islander line, say MSS Islander Solid Mahogany? I love my Islander and I’m sure I’d love a Kanile’a!
lisadmhParticipantI’ll gladly take the horchata instead! Lol
lisadmhParticipantSpeaking of holiday songs, any chance of songs that aren’t Christmas Carol like? You’ve got lots of those already. I’m one of many who don’t do traditional holidays and the hype is always over the top for us.
Something like this would be awesome, for those of us who don’t do December the same way as most. I usually go south 🙂
In December drinking horchata / I’d look psychotic in a balaclava / Winter’s cold is too much to handle / Pincher crabs that pinch at your sandals…
lisadmhParticipantAwesome preview. Gotta be honest, I groaned at the idea of singing lessons, but I should have known you wouldn’t do boring strum strum sing sing songs. This sounds like a blast even without the voice, for those of us who can’t carry a tune.

lisadmhParticipantRickey, as Andrew always says, slow it down and loop it, lol. You’ll get there. You always do come up with a fun rendition. Lyrics this month? 🙂
I’m working on StJames. I can’t believe I’m doing a song recommended for advanced. What am I thinking? Is a bit of a train wreck right now but it’s slowly coming along… Slowly and loop loop looping!

lisadmhParticipantYou guys are doing awesome, and learned so fast! Boy have I got my work cut out for me this month. It’ll be an oct 31 post for me!
lisadmhParticipantI just joined team St James last night. Definitely a stretch for me too but this thread is very helpful. Can’t wait to see what we can all do in a few weeks! Deadbuggy, you’re doing awesome already.
lisadmhParticipantThat sounds like a great festival kanae. This was just a little one and Craig and Sarah were the only headliners. I’m in a big city but this area is just not with the program. I’d love to go to some of the big ones. Some day! In the meantime, this will get me through. I hope you get to go next year!

lisadmhParticipantOoooooo, pretty. My turn please! I will do my best. I haven’t tried any of these songs yet so I’m starting from scratch. It should be fun! Thanks for the chance Andrew.
