Thanks for the challenge😅….One thing that I have noticed in my playing is stiffness and hesitancy….and gripping the neck so you can actually hear the thumb rubbing against the wood as it moves….I was impressed with Michael Morrissey’s (Mr. Bones). easy flow….I realize it’s not as easy as he makes it look😜…..By the way… Go Bills!
Also, I have been hearing a high pitched ringing coming from the A string…what is that?
Thank-you for the feedback, Stephen. I hate to admit this, I have been a member for awhile, but have not taken advantage of all the tools available. This challenge not only has made me aware of them, but gives me wonderful opportunities to use them. I think I have also been witness to the growth of this site. There is so much available here now! What a wonderful site this is for ukulele enthusiasts. I am looking forward to diving in! ( I will start with that rhythm course that you recommended). Ty!
Yes @lhamilton….I was wondering how much time other people spent trying to get that “perfect” recording.😜…thanks for sharing! This is my first time recording and submitting….and I can see how this helps to improve my playing. Admittedly, it took quite a few hours before I realized I had to accept imperfection and just submit!
